Join retired Army Sergeant Major Chris Lewis, Director of Education and Volunteer Services at the National Infantry Museum, for a talk about the 555th Parachute Infantry. These pioneering soldiers formed the ranks of the first African American Parachute Infantry unit during World War II, and served as smoke jumpers in the Pacific North West in the summer of 1945.
