As a participating organization in the The Lough Legacy Veterans Parade, I understand that the organization I represent (“Organization”) shall be responsible for the safety of its participating volunteers or employees. I further understand that the Organization is responsible for any injury and/or bodily harm to person and/or persons; theft and/or loss of, and any damage to vehicles, trailers, equipment, owned or on loan, operated and/or used by the Organization while participating in the The Lough Legacy Veterans Parade. I verify that the organization I represent will abide by the rules of the Parade. The Organization shall defend, save and hold harmless The Historic Trust, City of Vancouver, National Park Service, and their respective representatives, officers, sponsors, agents, employees and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expenses (including attorney’s fees) which arise from the Organization‘s participation in the The Lough Legacy Veterans Parade.
